What does the process involve?
I offer a 30 minute free initial consult to discuss your marketing needs, business goals, timescale and budget. This will then be written up for you in a formal proposal for agreement. Once this has been signed off, there will be an initial invoice requesting a non-refundable deposit to secure services. Once this has been completed, our work begins. There will be regular updates and progress reports at agreed upon intervals, along with any work requiring approval. There will be a final presentation summarising the works completed and the opportunity for any feedback or questions. A final invoice will then be submitted for remainder of payment due, which, once cleared, will release all final marketing resources for your business to utilise at will.

I am the founder and sole employee of Stello Consultancy. While I may occasionally use external businesses to support projects as and when required, all contact, content (unless specified) and strategy will be created and executed solely through myself, giving you continuity of service and outstanding project leadership.
